As all we know drinking and smoking is
something negative for our bodies but when the young people like me or others
of my age go out we forget this.
I think that is very sad that the young people have to drink and smoke to spend
a good time. Because of that I consider very important to give my opinion about
it and propose some tips about how to stay healthy without bad habits.
Today, the modern teenagers have a serious
problem especially with alcohol. However, the worst thing is that in spite of
they know all the bad things that this can cause, they continue drinking and
smoking. They possibly think that with alcohol they can make friends easier or
be less shy but with it they can have a lot of diseases, affect one’s mood or
even die because when you are drunk you do a lot of things without thinking.
As a young person who don’t have the necessity
of drinking and smoking to spend a good time I’m going to give some tips about
how to stay healthy. At first and the most important thing is leave the alcohol
and the necessity of drinking when we go out. After this, we have to eat
better, more salads and vegetables, fish and sometimes we can eat meat but it
said that is less healthy than fish and at finally we have to do a lot of
sport, whatever sport you prefer, swimming, football, basketball or just go out
to running.
To conclude, I think that is important remember that your happiness
only depend on you and you can have fun without alcohol. Go out with your
friends, spend a good time and be healthy.
